Waiting Time charge
After 10 minutes there will be $1 charge for every 1 minute of waiting time,from scheduled time. The waiting time charge applies for pick up from home or business only.
Late Night Rates
Late night rates apply for travel between the hours of 11:00PM and 4:00AM.
Cancellation / No-Show Policies
Scheduled events must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Airport trips must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
Airport trips between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
Failing to appear for your scheduled reservation will result in a charge equal to the fare for the booking.
Full fare fees will be charged for reservations not canceled by the deadline.
There is additional charge of $15 on special holidays, like Memorial and Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year

$15.00- Van request, up to 6 passengers
$15.00- SUV -This Ride is from Lake Forest, or Lake Bluff or Highland Park* to O'Hare airport or from O'Hare to Lake Forest or Lake Bluff or Highland Park* up to 2 passengers
Every additional passenger is $3 more.
To/from Midway and to/from the Loop If the ride is longer than 1 hour- $10 charge for every 15 minutes increment.
Business VAN, up to 9 passengers. Minimum charge to/from O’Hare airport is $65. Maximum number of passengers (9)- $80. ( Price for Lake Forest or Lake Bluff ) Hourly service $100 per hour, 3 hours minimum.
For all other, non airport rides- please call for a quote.
Our flat rates are final
We don't charge extra for tollways, surcharges, taxes etc. The gratuity for a driver is warmly welcome.
The gratuity options are 15%, 20% & 25% from flat rate. Minimum 15% gratuity is required.
We provide car seats for no extra charge.
Please request the car seat at the time of reservation.
Lake Forest Taxi is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control: for example when customer provides invalid incoming flight number or when plane is scheduled to arrive significant late.
